Hello. I recently purchased the Deluxe Stand Mixer and I love it!
I’ve also been trying to make bread with it. That has not been going well. There are times that the dough ends up in lots of little pieces or several big pieces at the end of the kneading cycle. Only 1 time has the dough looked like a ball of dough. I follow the direction to the “T” but alas I’m having very inconsistent results. I live in AZ so my husband thinks it’s too dry and needs water.
Also, sometimes the dough doesn’t rise very well and we end up with a very dense loaf. Again, I’m following the directions, including the above video and still results are sketchy.
Any suggestions?
