The peanut sauce in this recipe is sweet, tangy, and is great with chicken, rice, or just about anything.

The fresh herbs in this sauce add another layer of flavor. We know what we’re making for dinner!

Make this slaw a day in advance for even more meal prep ease! Ginger, garlic, and green onions are always great together and the flavors meld beautifully after some time together in the fridge.

This easy, homemade sauce only takes 15 minutes to make and is a great topper for pizza and pasta. Pretty tasty as a dipper for garlic bread, too!

Sandy's Prep Tips

  • Chicken and rice are both budget-friendly basics that fill your family up and are easily transformed into new meals.
  • 2 for 1: Making double batches of rice and chicken doesn’t take any longer than making a single batch and then you have ingredients ready for a whole new meal. Just pick your favorite sauce to complete the transformation!
  • Roast extra veggies that your family likes to get easy, nutritious dinnertime wins all week.

I think it’s the Satay sauce in the Chicken Satay recipe. It calls for peanut butter.
