I have the Knife Honer from Pampered Chef and it does a great job for me keeping the knives sharp. I use it regularly.

Becky, you should have them professionally sharpened once a year or so. Your local Ace Hardware can sharpen them.

The best way to sharpen them is with the honing tool!

Everyone who wants to cook would need a knife. usually we often complain that the knife is easily rusty and not sharp anymore. Stainless steel knife is not easy to rust and easy to clean. I prefer to find a knife that is lightweight grip for comfortable to wear. keeping the knife properly is necessary so as not to become rusty.-meesterslijpers.nl
