For dishes that require high, consistent heat, cast iron cookware is king. Our seasoned cast iron material is perfect for searing meat to get a crust, and it’s ideal for pan-frying and baking. Cast iron retains heat consistently, even when the temperature of your oven, grill, or stove fluctuates.
One of the best things about cast iron is how versatile it is. You can use it on the stovetop, in the oven, under the broiler, on the grill, and even on a campfire. For one-pot, easy cleanup meals, check out our enameled cast iron. It has all the even cooking and heat retention of seasoned cast iron, plus the enamel coating that makes it dishwasher-safe. Whatever cast iron you choose, all of our pieces come with sturdy handles that make these pots and pans easy to move and use.
Love the quick cooker and the brilliant ce nonstick
I think the Pampered Chef garlic press is fantastic and also “essential” in your kitchen, BUT, I think it needs to be larger to hold 3 cloves of garlic vs. just one. Why do I love this product? If I touch raw garlic, as I do often when chopping it finely, I can smell it on my hands for days!
What cookware can you use on an induction stovetop?
