    Thank you for that tutorial. My husband is always telling me I’m using the wrong one, but I just found out that he may be right 40% of the time but not always. 🙂

      Don’t feel bad, I just use my chef’s knife for basically 99% of all the cutting and chopping I do. If it gets the job done, what difference does it make? I’d only bother with getting the “right” knife if I were doing a specific task that really calls for a certain knife, like cutting bread.
