non sticky pan is very useful for us who love to cook. not damaging the form of food we make, I chose a pan like this to cook breakfast for my family. many pots like these are sold in the market but do not find a good quality. usually a good sticky pan will not break easily if we always use it.

This was a great infographic to look over and, I have to admit, that I had no idea there were so many different types of cookware or that each one was better for a certain job. I find it particularly interesting that a stainless steel skillet can be used for things like making sauce. Although, consider that they are usually non-stick I guess that that would make sense.
