In this episode of “In the Kitchen With Pampered Chef,” Sandy explains how making your favorite snacks at home ensures that they use all the ingredients you want, with nothing you don't. Learn how to make crispy, delicious homemade chips without deep frying, and how to get your kids to eat fruit with a little extra protein. She also uses shared ingredients like pecans and dried cherries to make homemade granola, popcorn trail mix, and Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bars. Looking for a way to snack better this year? Sandy has you covered!

Quick Stovetop Granola
Quick Stovetop Granola

This granola recipe comes together quickly on your stovetop. By making it yourself, you control the amount of sugar and the mix-ins. Try using coconut oil, olive oil, or butter in place of canola oil. Almonds, cashews, walnuts, pepitas, or sunflower seeds can be used instead of pecans, and the cherries can be swapped out for other dried fruits such as raisins or cranberries.
