Jane, @food.kids.love, is here to show us that creating healthy food for the family doesn’t have to be complicated—it can be simple, fun, and, most of all, attainable. We’re excited to share her rightovers idea for making dinner and brunch even better: delicious ramen that, with a few eggs, turns into an equally great frittata. We’d love to hear what you think about it!
After you’ve made your ramen, use the leftovers for a delicious frittata the next night.
- 6 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Weeknight Pressure Cooker Chicken Ramen leftovers
- To make the frittata, whisk the eggs and ¼ cup (60 mL) of water in a mixing bowl. Add the salt and pepper.
- Pour into a greased, pressure-cooker-safe vessel. Top with the ramen leftovers.
- Cover the Quick Cooker and cook on STEAM for 13 minutes. Let the steam release naturally for 10 minutes, then press the steam-release button to manually release any remaining pressure.
