We invited Jane, @good.kids.love, to show us how she uses her Quick Cooker to create a simple, fun, and uncomplicated meal for her family fast. And while this product is no longer available, we introduced a great replacement―the Deluxe Multi Cooker―that can do many things.
You can use it to sous vide meat and veggies, sterilize utensils, and even make your own yogurt! And like our tried-and-true Quick Cooker, it can also pressure cook!
So, without further ado, here’s how Jane makes dinner and brunch even better with her pressure cooker.
After you’ve made your ramen, use the leftovers for a delicious frittata the next night.
- 6 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Weeknight Pressure Cooker Chicken Ramen leftovers
- To make the frittata, whisk the eggs and ¼ cup (60 mL) of water in a mixing bowl. Add the salt and pepper.
- Pour into a greased, pressure-cooker-safe vessel. Top with the ramen leftovers.
- Cover the pressure cooker and cook on STEAM for 13 minutes. Let the steam release naturally for 10 minutes, then press the steam-release button to manually release any remaining pressure.
