Oven Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Whisk together 5 eggs, ¼ cup (60 mL) cottage cheese and ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt.
Brush wells of Silicone Egg Bite Mold with oil. Divide egg mixture among the wells, except for the center well (don’t fill the wells more than 2/3 full).
Top the egg mixture with 1-2 tbsp (15-30 mL) optional additions (bacon, cheese, vegetables) and gently submerge into egg mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
Let cool 5 minutes before inverting.

Let cool 2-3 minutes before inverting.
Air Fryer Directions

Place on middle rack of Air Fryer, cook on the BAKE setting for 13-15 minutes, or until set.
Let cool 5 minutes before inverting.
WOW! WOW!! WOW!!! I’m not sure which of these I want to try first! A fantastic variety of recipes for everyone1
I made the pancake bites (with chocolate chips) in the OVEN at 350° and cooked for 15 min. They def needed to go longer so let them cook another 7 min. They are super yummy 🙂
Do you put the lid on if you’re oven baking?
No. It says lid is not oven safe!
Thank you for using this in the oven instead of the Deluxe Air fryer, which I do not have and not getting. I wanted to have other ideas before I buy
Are there any recipes for use with oven or microwave?
Yes, you can scroll to the bottom of the page or there’s a link at the very top.
Those receipes look great except how can you make them WITHOUT the Deluxe Multi Cooker?
Yes I need those also.
Scroll down to the bottom of the article. There are instructions for How to Make Egg Bites in Your Oven, Microwave, or Air Fryer. This is such a versatile must have item to have in the kitchen! Happy cooking! 🙂
But where is the recipe to use the silicone egg mold with the multi cooker. I had to go on YouTube to find that you steam the egg mold in the cooker for 7 min. Is this recipe somewhere on Pampered Chef?
I had the same question! Want to know if they have recipes for the same things using the Air Fryer… love that appliance and it is my go-to for everything now!
It is oven safe
This statement is part of the product description. “You can also use the mold in the Deluxe Air Fryer, oven, microwave, and freezer.” I don’t have this, yet, but I think you’d just need to adjust time and temp to use it in the DAF, oven or microwave. In other words, play with it until you get food to deisred results!
just pop them in the oven, try various temps, I used 375 for precooked bacon, chz egg bits. i put them on a cookie sheet.
I found recipe ideas by searching silicon egg mold recipe on YouTube. There are so many!
Thank you for this info. I’m excited to try it out and find more recipes.
Thank you Joanna!
I adapted the brownie mix directions to my air fryer. 15 minutes at 350 F. Worked great
It has instructions lower on page for oven and micro
I can’t wait to some of these yummy recipes.
I made eggs this morning. So easy and good. Now I need to make more for my husband to take with him in his semi.😊
Looking for recipes to use this in the oven.
Just ordered/received the Silicone egg bites mold. Wondering when it is used in a regular oven, do you have recipes for that, and how long to cook and what temp is used when making egg bites?
350 degrees 15 or so min
Very end of article tells in detail what to do for Micro, Oven and Air fryers. I think I’ll try the eggs in the oven to make a HUGE batch. 😍
Hi Patricia,
If I have the first edition of the quick cooker how do I do these in there since there is not a sous vide setting.
Thank you.
Can you use the silicone egg bite pan in the regular multi cooker?
I was very disappointed when it arrived and there were no recipes for the oven. I even checked the website…nothing.
There are GOBS of recipes available on You Tube and then you can actually see the finished product.
I agree. I didn’t notice that it was really best if used in multi cooker. I want to use in oven but cantfind recipes for it. Disappointing
Can you try the same technique and put in a water bath in the oven?
Wonderful. I love it
Any recommended recipes for mini muffins?
I came to this site to get a recipe for scrambled eggs (as pictured) . I just wanted to know how long to cook the eggs. But there’s no recipe for eggs, other than boiled. Disappointed
Hi everyone! I didn’t care that there wasn’t directions. I popped in a scrambled egg with precooked bacon and some cheddar, set temp to 375 and cooked until they looked done and had popped up. (They WILL SHRINK BACK DOWN btw if you don’t use the lid, which i omitted the first time. it was easier to see when they where done. Ill try each of these recipes in the oven and my own Instapot. its silicone, it won’t melt. Don’t overthink this. the silicone mold is very nice and very durable and versatile. just play with it.
Right…it is all trial and error and some experimenting. Good job! Common sense.
Just put mine in the oven without the lid! ☹️
Thank you for the tip. The oven instructions didn’t say to cover with the lid.
INSTRUCTIONS SAY: The lid is NOT leakproof and CANNOT be used in an air fryer, microwave, or oven.
I would buy, but I do not have a multi cooker and would need receipes.
You don’t need a multi cooker. It works in microwave, oven, or air fryer. I googled how to fit the egg molds and there are recipes there. I’m sure you could make up recipes and use it
Same as above comments. Need recipes for oven. I didn’t know it was meant for the multi cooker – which I don’t even own.
I have the silicon muffin/cake molds, they came out before the multicooker was even available; all those recipes were for use in the oven, I bet you can still access them online? Just an idea…..
Need recipes for oven or microwave, please!!!
I was ready to purchase this until I see that there are no recipes or directions on how to use it in a regular or convection oven or other multicooker. Sigh
I have the same issue I have the original multi cooker and am sad they’re not providing how to use it with that.
The default for STEAM is 15 minutes. That’s what you’d pick in the original PC Cooker – or any of the Instant Pots. Let it come up to pressure, let it go 15 minutes and then let the steam drop for 10 minutes before releasing the rest. There are dozens of videos on YouTube.
I see instructions for use in multi-cooker, air fryer, oven, or microwave – plus there’s always tons of recipes online. Others here are mentioning YouTube but I’m partial to Pinterest!
Yes, disappointing, I too was excited to order this new item till I realized there were no recipes, instructions to use in an oven.
Do you use the lid in the oven or not??
Has anyone poached eggs in the silicone egg mold? Did you do them in the microwave or can you dip them in boiling water in a large, deep, wide flat skillet?
Can I make the top recipes in the air fryer, I don’t have that steamer, line the cinnamon rolls and the no peel hard cooked eggs, thank you,
I would still poach my eggs in wide skillet so I can “see” them after creating the vortex and putting in my egg to gather the egg whites around the egg while it cooks. It’s just how my grandma taugh me and it’s still very fast with a slotted spoon to pick up out of water.
Why can’t we use in other type of pressure cookers, such as the one step. I do not need another pressure type cooker. If it is silicon, it should be ok in all types of cookers.
Ooh, all the possibilities. Next one better than the first.
OH MY WORD. I made the ShuMai dumplings. Then the Egg Bites. Holy cow. I may go thru this entire list, top to bottom. Fabulous. I love YouTube. You can find anything out there.
So if I can make egg bites in the air fryer can I make all the other recipes in the air fryer too?
In the egg recipe, I don’t want to add cottage cheese. Has anyone tried it without using that and did it come out alright? Even an alternative would be ok.
i would like to know the answer to this as well. not a fan of cottage cheese.
I just used cream cheese, cheddar cheese and bacon. Fabulous. I do wanna try the cottage cheese. When you put the egg mixture in a blender it evidently does magic for the consistency. I’m a HUGE fan. So delicious.
We used cream cheese …..one third of the block with four eggs.
Was going to order this until I saw most recipes need a multi cooker.
I couldn’t find any recipes either so made my own. 3 eggs, bacon bits, cheese, and small pieces of cooked broccoli. Put just a dab of butter in each cup, poured ingredients on top of butter and baked for twenty minutes at 350. They were delicious! Once cooled they popped out easily.
I found this “Starbucks” copycat recipe for 350 degrees in the oven. It uses a 12 cup muffin tin, but I used my egg bite mold from PC and they turned out fantastic! I also substituted light cream cheese for the cottage cheese. So good!! I also baked for 27 mins. to have them golden brown on the top and ensure they didn’t seem too soft. My husband ate 4 for breakfast and 2 more at lunch! Good thing I made a double batch!! https://madaboutfood.co/oven-baked-starbucks-egg-bites/print/6585/
When you cook these in the oven, do put the lid on? I have not and mine are not setting properly so I am wondering if that is the problem.
No, the oven temperature is too hot for the lid and it will surely melt. I don’t recommend putting the lid on while in the oven.
when you use the oven do you put the silicone on a baking sheet and then put in oven.
I bought to freeze eggs in, for future use. Mix w pinch of salt, freeze, they pop right out to put in freezer bag. Much easier than ice cube trays!!!!
If you don’t have a multi Cooker can you use an insta pot instead?
I only see one recipe for the oven, air fryer and microwave. Is there a link to click on for multiple recipes for the oven?
Why is the center mold left empty? I had enough mixture to fill but followed the directions.
How do you do these in the Instant pot
Anyone stack two trays in the original Quick Cooker?
