Good Morning Patty I grew up in the time when my Mom would say this much of what ingredient she was using. When making stuffing always used a loaf of white bread with celery and 4 or 5 eggs, and melted butter and different seasons as parsley, sweet basil of course salt and pepper. All of these seasonings were done in moderation. If you like more spice of course you could add this. To top it off my Mom always tasted it raw. This would be your choice of course.
