The beauty of a one-pan meal is how simple it is to make. All you need is a pan, preferably a stoneware pan that builds up a nonstick surface with every use, so there’s no need for parchment paper. (That’s less waste and easy clean up!) The recipe can be whatever you want or happen to have on hand. Add a protein, a vegetable, some tasty seasonings, and then bake! Need a few ideas? Here are three easy, foolproof sheet-pan recipes.
- Lemon Greek Chicken is the perfect choice when a trip to your local Greek restaurant might break a tight budget. This healthy dinner choice also gives you total control over your portion of lean meat and vegetables.
- When you plan easy weeknight dinners, include a sheet pan meal like Rosemary-Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Vegetables. Its herbs and seasonings reduce the need for extra salt.
- Fish is another smart choice for an easy meal. Baked Pesto Salmon provides a colorful, nutrient-dense dish that’s packed with flavor.
This infographic gives you basic recipes for these three healthy dinner ideas, but it’s just the starting point of what you can do with a stoneware sheet pan.
Would love to see even more of these! This is my favorite way to cook dinner. I’ve been doing the Greek Chicken recipe for years — it’s one of my favorites! Can’t wait to try the others.
I HAVE TRIED 4 TIMES TO PRINT THESE RECEIPES!!! WHY CAN’T I GET THEM???
It’s a graphic @Shirley Brooks. You would save the graphic and then print it – or insert it into a document or presentation.
When you click on the recipe under “Get the complete recipe and instructions”, do you not see a printer icon to click? Then does it not print out for you? If not, you may want to check your printer settings, maybe?
Snap shot them on your phone, then print them from your pictures.
I have trouble too. Do you have a Pinterest account? You can find them on Pinterest too and just pin them. I find it easier.
Click on the blue titles of each of the recipes above the 3 Easy Weeknight One-Pan Meals Banner. It will take you to the recipe. Then click on the print icon above the title. Hope it works for you!
Thank you Pampered Chef Test Kitchens!! Really excited about this! Can we print those amazing pictures one at a time?
I agree Kristi! More please!
I cant wait to try the Rosemary-Crusted Pork Tenderloin with vegetables!!!
Love the recipes & the fact they can be made in one pan!
I have my bar pan for fifteen years now and would not be able to live without it. Bought one for the mother inlaw and she is loving it to . I have tons of pampers chef stuff and I love cooking so they are all a great addition to my kitchen. Thank you huge
They look great can’t wait to try them.
I also love my Pampered Chef bar pan. I use it regularly. Just FYI my son tried to broil something on it once.
Found it in the trash broke in half. I was so upset, until I bought another one. Lesson learned, Never broil on the bar pan.
I’ve had my bar pan for years and only used it once. These ideas will make me break it out more frequently. Please share more ideas, including for the muffin stoneware pan. I only use it to make my apple pie biscuits, so I need more ideas please.
Ruth u can also make a sheet cake with it.
Ruth- The Bar Pan is probably the most versatile stone that Pampered Chef sells. I love mine and use it all the time. It can be used to bake cookies, chicken tenders, French fries, giant pancakes and omelettes in the oven, pizza, biscuits and the list goes on and on. If you go to the website and search “Large Bar Pan” then click on recipes, you’ll find a ton of recipes. You might be able to find recipes for the Stoneware Muffin Pan too but Pampered Chef no longer makes that stone. You can make mini meat loaves, BBQ filled biscuits and every kind of muffin you’d make in any other muffin pan. Be sure to check Pampered Chef’s Pinterest page too.
Ruth, I would love to hear more about Apple Biscuits! Would you share the recipe?
Thank you, Michelle, for sending these recipes. I can’t wait to go to the store.
I’m going to get the ingredients to buy for each one of the recipes.
My husband loves Salmon, so, he will love for me to make the salmon recipe.
Thanks again—-Cyndi—-
Love Pampered Chef
I did the Tuna casserole, and it was so bland, I couldn’t find any seasoning that would of helped this. I am very skeptical of trying something else, it was a waste of money and time.
Can u use the same pan for fish as u do for meat?
I have used the same pan for fish and may for years now. Never had an issue.
Absolutely, Tina….no transfer of food, flavor, odor or bacteria. In fact, you can use it for fish, wash it in HOT water, then use it to make cookies. You’d never know what was cooked on it before! Use it for everything that goes in your oven…bar cookies, oven-baked chicken or pork chops, roasted vegetables…
Can we use the same pan for fish AND meat??
I love the versatility of the products. The large bar pan is not just for desserts
The large bar pan is my absolute favorite PC item in my kitchen. Everyone should have one! Looking forward to trying ALL of these recipes!
I roast potatoes on one end and butternut squash on the other end….seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper…yum!
What temperature in the oven?
Good question- I believe it’s 400 degrees.
Sharon is correct. 400 degrees is max for stoneware. Enjoy!
Hi I have used my large bar pan to make tilapia loins at one end and garlic asparagus at the other end – DELICIOUS!!! I set the oven for 425 and have never had an issue with it. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes depending on thickness of fish and asparagus. LOVE IT!!!
I love my bar pans, can’t wait to try all 3 new recipes
Can you do these recipes in a baking dish in the oven too? Same time and temp?
I would love to see a one-pan recipe book.
I have a wonderfully seasoned bar pan that I chipped the edge of (smaller than a dime), is it now unsafe to use?
Linda if you take a photo of it . Send it to pamperedchef solution center they will replace it .
Depending on how long ago it may be a small fee.
My pizza stone handle broke off a long time ago and I still use it with no problem.
I love my bar pans. I use them daily and can not cook with out them.
Yes! I’d like to see more of these also! Would also like to see them formatted in 4×6 recipe size to put in my recipe box. By all means, keep it up 🙂
Love these! Great and easy to make.
Can’t figure out how to submit my order when done! It throws you back to another screen.
Thank you for doing recipes that make our stoneware an absolute pleasure to use! I have just started experimenting with the pizza pan I have and so far I absolutely love it but I do now need more ideas for it. Have any suggestions?
I got myself a bar pan for christmas. I have wanted one for a LONG time & was so excited to treat myself. However, the day I opened it up & used it, it ended up breaking. I was able to get a replacement only to have it break just the other day. Have they changed the way that they are made? I have both rounds & have had them for 10 plus years…..Anyone else have issues like this?
thank you
I broke two of my large flat pizza stones some years ago. kids grown & gone now, so I cook 2-4 biscuits at a time on a piece of one. or scalliwags (Sugar & cinnamoon on pie crust trimmings). many small batches of something fit on whichever size piece fits.
This is so awesome!!! Thank you – I would also love to see more of these. I am using this for my Freezer meal workshop on Sunday afternoon.. What a great way to show a Sunday Family dinner. Thanks!!
