Are these 31 Healthy Recipes available in a pdf format? I’d like to print them.

An easy way is to print and select .pdf file rather than printer. Then just save to folder.

Do you use the pressure cooker for these recipes? I still haven’t used mine but really want to try the rice pilaf recipe 🙂

I simply copy and paste any desired recipes to a word doc. which is then saved in my email, file: RECIPES so I can access them where ever I am. I am a gypsy and have a variety of homes… you can also change the font and shrink to the best size for you that way.

placing it in the inner pot to cook the salmon and green bean recipe?
As always, you are very confusing with the One Pot recipes.

Fran, you cook with the stretch fit lid on, in the Quick Cooker 🙂 I hope that helps! Joanne, Senior Consultant
