Grapefruit Rosemary Water

4 Summer Thirst Quenchers

Infused water is the hottest summer trend of 2016. With growing concern over the calories, sugar, and artificial stuff hiding out in commercial beverages, we’re all looking for ways to stay cool and hydrated without getting bored by plain ol’ water. Thanks to the unique mixing plunger design of the Quick-Stir® Pitcher, you can create refreshing, natural flavor combos, but keep the fruit and herbs separate from the water. Here are four cooling infused water recipes with portions you can scale up for the whole family or scale down into a personal Infusion Water Bottle.

1. Strawberry-Lime Water

Nothing says summer like juicy strawberries. They will naturally sweeten your water. Match strawberries with lime for zing and mint for cooling in a tasty, well-balanced summer drink.

3. Grapefruit Rosemary Water

This unique flavor brings together the tea-like piney herbal notes of rosemary with the complex citrus of grapefruit. A pink or red grapefruit will give your water a sweeter taste, while a white grapefruit will give your water a balanced sweet-tart taste with a bright aroma. It’s definitely a posh choice for beautifully infused water.

Strawberry Basil has always been my favorite – Apple with a cinnamon stick is another good one as well as Blueberry Lemon Mint! The Strawberry lime is going on my shopping list right now.

I like to save the rind from my Pineapple Wedger and throw that into some water. It’s great alone or I’ve added blueberries sometimes or herbs like Lemon Balm.

The orange -mango looks great. Will give it a try. I recently made lemon and lemon balm infused water. Very refreshing after a hot day working in the garden
